Do I need to book an appointment ?

Yes our consultant service is by appointment only. We do not offer a drop in service. To book an appointment simply book online or contact us using any method on our contact us page.

How long does a consultation last?

It is important to us that you are provided with sufficient information to make an informed decision on the best product for you. Our consultations last 1 hour  and can be followed up with a further consultation if this is required.

Are Wigs and Units available for same day purchase?

All our solutions are tailored towards your requirements. They are created and cut to give you the perfect fit.  We require at least 2 weeks to prepare your order. Products such as the invisablend can take up to 8 weeks

Do you offer any Finance Options?

We work with you to ensure we can provide you products and services within your desired budget. Our standard terms are based on 50% upfront payments with the option of monthly installments on selected products.

Are your Products Covered by any Warranty?

Yes all our products are backed by manufacturers warranty which covers faulty products. Extended warranties are available on each product purchased which covers incidents including accidental damages.

What are your Clinic Opening Hours

Our Birmingham clinic is open Tuesday - Saturday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.  We offer a late night clinic on Thursday till 7:00 pm.

Our London Clinic is open on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday with late options on Monday and Saturday
